Region covenant and information

You don't need a Premium Account to own land in this Region. This land is for residential and light commercial use only. When you purchase land here, you are entering a contract in which you fully agree to accept and follow all rules, conditions, and zoning requirements explained throughout this page. If you have any issues or questions about anything in the Covenant, please read the policies before buying your land, as all sales are final. No refunds!

Policies

Check the Sims/Region if it's M–Moderate or A–Adult on the top of the screen.

Check the Sims/Regions maturity ratings before renting to see if it is suitable for you to rent.

• General Regions (G) – Regions that prohibit sexually explicit or violent acts, or depictions of nudity. This includes sexually-oriented objects such as "sex beds" or poseballs and should not be located or sold in regions rated G.
• Moderate Regions (M) – Regions that accommodate the majority of non-adult activities such as clubs, bars, stores and malls, galleries, music events, nude beaches and more. If the region is rated M you cannot promote adult activities, content or use adult search tags.
• Adult Regions (A) – Regions that permit sexually explicit or intensely violent content, or depictions of illicit drug use and other themes. You can publicly promote sexual activities and content if the region is rated A. Some may find themes in these regions disturbing.

Our community standards

In Second Life, groups, event listings, and classified ads related to adult themes or content must be designated as Adult. While Linden Lab will enforce these rules, it cannot monitor all temporary content and conduct within Second Life. Therefore:

• You can build structures using mesh as long as they have a general look and feel of a residential or light commercial building.
• Skyboxes must be 1000m or higher.
• Ban lines are allowed, and you can have a security system, but it should not "attack" anyone; a ban or teleport home is sufficient.
• Keep your items inside your land boundaries and maintain sounds on your land.
• Avoid using high latency scripts or objects. Linden Lab reserves the right to limit scripts on your land or remove heavily scripted items. No breedables are allowed.
• Linden Lab may return objects if they have a significant impact on the region, such as huge privacy screens, eyesore builds, and out-of-bounds objects.
• Seasonal changes from summer to fall to winter will be made around the appropriate times and days.
• Linden Lab's Terms of Service (TOS) are enforced, prohibiting harassment, stalking, and annoying sound loops.
• Only the tenant renting the parcel can report any problems to the landlord.

We have the right to remove anyone who violates the above rules from our property, including taking away access to the Region!

You have a meter for paying your rent. Please ensure timely payment! There is a two (2) day grace period before the items on the parcel are returned, and we put the land back up for sale. You will receive a notice before this happens.
